Our coaches can provide 1 on one sessions, small group sessions, nutritional guidance as well as sports-specific training. All Hammer House coaches can build you an exercise program with advice on body building with specific knowledge of nutrition and supplemental advice. We also offer fitness testing, body composition analysis and pre-hab & rehab advice.

Anthony

Anthony is a former elite athlete, competitive body builder and power lifter. Anthony holds two degrees in exercise science and has multiple certifications. He is also a lecturer and writer in the field of human performance. After 25 years Anthony has a holistic approach, seeking to tap into one's human potential with every tool possible!

Jim is a very experienced and knowledgeable Nabba Pro bodybuilder. Spanning over the last 20 years Jim has placed first over 25 times and placed within the top 10 world wide. Jim also holds multiple certificates and qualtifications within the fitness/health field.

Daniel has represented Victoria in Track & Field events as a junior, played state league football in the SANFL & VFL, been on the cover of Men's Health Magazine multiple times and placed top 2 in national fitness shows. Daniel is committed to health and fitness - passing his knowledge and experience to others.

Kaitie is an experienced personal trainer and coach specialising in body re-composition. Kaitie has an extensive athletic background and is currently a competitive WBFF fitness model. Kaitie is passionate about all things health and fitness, taking a holistic approach to achieving desired results. She strives to teach her clients how to make long term changes to their lifestyle to ensure ongoing success.
